Public offer
1. General provisions
1.1. This Public Offer (the "Offer") is an official proposal by the Individual Entrepreneur (Yakka tartibdagi tadbirkor) Doniyorov Xondamir Diyorovich, state registration No. 7872899 dated 07.07.2026 (activity: tutoring services), registered in Tashkent city, Mirobod district (the "Executor"), addressed to any individual (the "Student") to purchase online English-education services on the terms below.
1.2. Payment for services, or submitting an application and paying, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer and forms a binding agreement between the Executor and the Student.
1.3. The current version is published at https://linguacourses.uz/oferta and may be updated; the version in force is the one published at the moment of payment.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Executor provides English-language education services in the selected format: group (up to 10 students), mini-group (6 students), or individual (1-on-1), and/or access to the LinguaGrowth self-study platform (from its launch date), per the descriptions and prices published on the site.
2.2. Course levels, durations, and contents are as described on the relevant course page at the time of purchase.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. Prices are shown on the site in Uzbek so'm and are charged via Payme (Paycom). The amount charged is the amount displayed for the selected plan at the moment of payment.
3.2. Launch prices (e.g. "first 100 students" per track; "first 1000 subscribers" for LinguaGrowth) are promotional and available only while the stated limit or period lasts.
3.3. The Executor does not store card data; card entry is handled entirely by Payme.
4. Launch-price lock (grandfathering)
4.1. A Student who joins at a launch price retains that price for the whole time they study continuously, subject to 4.2.
4.2. The launch price is annulled and reverts to the current standard price if any of the following occurs: (a) 14 (fourteen) calendar days pass without the Student taking a single lesson — this also automatically terminates the current agreement; (b) the Student completes their level; (c) the Student transfers to a different course or track; (d) any other agreement-terminating event described in this Offer.
6. Lesson cancellation and rescheduling (strict rules)
6.1. A lesson may be cancelled or rescheduled only if the Student notifies the Executor at least 6 (six) hours before the lesson.
6.2. If the Student cancels less than 6 hours before the lesson, 50% (fifty percent) of the cost of one lesson is deducted.
6.3. The Student is allowed a maximum of 2 (two) cancellations. From the third cancellation onward, it is deemed the Student's own decision: the cost of that lesson is not refunded; instead it is credited to the Student's balance and must be used within 60 (sixty) calendar days, after which the credited amount expires.
6.4. Missed lessons without notice (no-show) are treated as conducted and are not refunded.
7. Rights and obligations
7.1. The Executor undertakes to provide lessons of the quality and in the format described, by qualified teachers (see the teacher guarantees published per track).
7.2. The Student undertakes to attend on schedule, complete assigned work, and follow the cancellation rules in §6.
7.3. The Student has the right to full information about the service before purchase (Consumer Rights Law, Art. 4), which is provided on the course pages and in this Offer.
8. Refunds
8.1. Refund handling follows this Offer and applicable Uzbek law. Amounts arising from late/excess cancellations are handled per §6 (balance credit, not cash refund) unless the law requires otherwise.
8.2. Other refund cases are considered individually in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9. Personal data
9.1. By accepting this Offer the Student consents to the processing of the personal data they provide (name, contact, email) for the purpose of providing the service, in line with the site's Privacy Policy at https://linguacourses.uz/privacy and Uzbek data-protection law.
10. Liability and force majeure
10.1. The parties bear liability under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by force-majeure circumstances (natural disasters, acts of authorities, network outages and similar events beyond reasonable control), provided the other party is notified within a reasonable time.
