PRIVACY POLICY When you apply, join the waitlist, or pay through this website, here's what happens with your information. WHAT WE COLLECT - Your contact details (phone number and email) - The course or plan you chose - Your order details (plan, amount, payment state) - Anything else you choose to send us WHY WE COLLECT IT Only to provide the service you asked for: to process your payment, contact you about scheduling and access, and answer your questions. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with outside companies for marketing. WHERE IT'S STORED Order and waitlist records are stored in our PostgreSQL database. Card data is never stored by us: card entry is handled entirely by Payme's secure checkout. WHO SEES IT Only Mr. Hondamir and anyone directly helping run LINGUA's enrollment, no outside parties. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT We keep your details while you're an active applicant or student, and for a reasonable period after in case you return. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask (see below) and it will be deleted. YOUR RIGHTS You can ask, at any time, to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. IF YOU'RE FEATURED AS A SUCCESS STORY Certificates, band scores, or testimonials are only ever published with your explicit permission, given separately. If you've agreed to be featured, we'll use the name or nickname you approved, never more than that, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
